Our Story

BuildCOI was founded by a team of construction and insurance experts who saw firsthand the costly gaps in compliance. Year after year, general contractors were losing tens of thousands of dollars due to missing COIs, expired policies, or overlooked requirements. We knew there had to be a better way.
